This work is characterized by the influence of the "dark style" of the 1990s. Elements of a certain Baroque quality—defined by circularity and the repetition of contrasts—are also evident.
The work exemplifies so-called "pre-cybernetic poetry," in which words serve not merely to convey ideas but also to articulate voids of meaning in the strictest sense.
Dreaming of rational unrealities is not the aim of this collection; rather, it is a journey toward understanding the imagery of a potential virtual truth—of the reaffirmed existence of real worlds that operate outside of consciousness and can manifest within the individual's mental reality as concrete, palpable phenomena.
We also find traces of a somewhat dark, tragic, and inscrutable Romanticism.
